One of our friendly and healthy employees will be happy to come to your home and pick up and/or deliver your system back to your home. And we always wear a mask!

Pick up service includes:

• *Unplugging your machine
• *Transporting your machine to Purl for Service

 

Delivery service includes:

• *Transporting your machine back home
• *Plugging your machine back in
• *Verifying your machine boots and gets onto the internet

 

Services do not include:

• *Technical work
• *Training/Teaching
• *Cleaning the area
• *Running new cables
• *Installing new accessories (printers, etc)
